Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy (upon receiving your item(s)), you can complete the following steps for a return:
1. To initiate your return, please email us to request a return shipping label at hello@meraeke.com
2. Please place the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) your order arrived in and use the label provided to ship the item(s) back. Keep in mind that Meraeke is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
3. Once received we will issue a credit note (exchange) or refund (return) within 5 - 7 business days of receiving your return.
All International sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Meraeke LLC reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note: Exchanges/Returns may take up to 14 days for completion.
